TOPIC: Set parameters based on physical key being pressed

I double check 2 of my keyboards and both behave the same way... it looks like it's indeed a misconfiguration of the keyboard.

I just didnt understand why you suggested me to try my keyboard with a organ (like eplayOrgan)... what would it help me achieve?

I just thought you may be interested in moving on to a more challenging instrument than a keyboard/piano. Organs have a lot more capability and are more difficult to play properly than a piano.
