This paranoia may come off as foolish, but I just need confirmation.

This site does seem legit, people I've asked said it was okay, and I've seen one or two people use it, but I'm worried that I could still potentially mess up my PC upon installation. I've become paranoid since a few months ago where on Virus Total, SecureAge APEX flagged the software exe as malicious. The 32 bit version still says this, but the 64 bit one does not, but I still want to be careful.

Here are the results for both;

32 : www.virustotal.com/gui/file/98355f74929b...47b2c28f5a7f903985c3

64: www.virustotal.com/gui/file/3169cbc37f49...974060c19549/details

I'm wondering why Virus Total thinks that the 64 version is okay but not the 32 version.

So for peace of mind, I just need proper confirmation that it's absolutely safe and that there's nothing wrong with it.

It's probably just a false positive.

It probably is. I'm pretty iffy about installing programs that aren't as widely known, or programs with no publisher name or copyright attached.
I take it you've used this for a while. No issues at all?

Sure, I've been using it for a long time and I've had no issues.
Microsoft has such a false positive report before, and I sent the software to Microsoft's testing and had it fixed.
