TOPIC: NoteOn Velocity - Filter Cutoff

what should I do to go from no cutoff on max velocity to progressively filtering, also is there any way to calculate the amount of filtering on certain velocity ranges I want 90 to be less filtered. I tried this (on the image also set 20,000 on global don't know if it's supposed to be use that way)
